Ethically sourced

We source our beef from Holland, using four different cuts from steer forequarter. Minced daily, then simply seasoned, hand crafted and served pink.

We make our pizza using a traditional 24 hour slow-rise sourdough recipe, our tomato sauce is simmered for hours too. These techniques lock in the natural taste of wheat and tomato.

Our brioche buns are baked using an exclusive method developed with Golden Harvest, that have been baking bread since 1946. Rich and Buttery, distinctly velvet like and with a shiny egg wash finish.
